These activities are offered under DEJA SEO UK label by DEJA SEO GROUP and each are subject to the individual agreement reached with each client regarding delivering services.

Client should bear in mind, that its website's ranking with a particular keyword phrase will rely on both the relevancy of that phase on client website, and the popularity of that phrase on other websites.

DEJA SEO UK will deliver services on best effort basis and can guarantee improvement in a client’s website organic search engine results provided for Google Local Business Ranks in long term, once advice on recommended keyword phrases is followed by a client.

Due to the nature of search engines, our clients should bear in mind that DEJA SEO UK work may be governed by other factors which may be outside the direct control of ??DEJA SEO UK, such as the search engines continue constantly to change or improve their algorithms or do periodical updates of rankings. ??Therefore, no reputable SEO company can guarantee particular results desired by clients in short term.??

Client website should be hosted on a reliable server, based in the country of Search Engine interest, with constant availability for optimum results. Should DEJA SEO UK recommend changing your host or server, this is to protect the interests of your website's ranking within the Search Engines. DEJA SEO cannot??held responsible for unsatisfactory Search Engine Ranking results if SEO suggestions have not been adhered to.

DEJA SEO UK cannot be held responsible for any damages, loss of information, collection of information arising due to any errors made by third parties, or copy of your own website.

DEJA SEO UK will deliver monitoring services to Client on a daily basis and therefore charge a daily fee per one keyword phrase. The fee will be applied only for 1st Google Local Listings results, otherwise no fee will be calculated. The total amount of fee will be due on a monthly basis and will be calculated on the basis of number of keyword phrases recommended by us and selected by Client.

The fee may vary on the popularity of keyword phrase, competition, desired position and terms of contract. For long term cooperation with Client we may quote affordable fees.??

All payments should be done via wire transfer or Paypal. However in some cases we may discuss other payment ways e.g. check or another way suitable for both sides.

The Statement will be available for viewing on Client account via??Client Zone on DEJA SEO website.

In??event of receiving payment after due date we shall calculate penalty interests accordingly. In case of long term delay in payment settlement, exceeding over 2 months, legal steps will be taken to ensure payment recovery from Client.

DEJA SEO UK services will be delivered on the best effort basis. A client is responsible for adherence to the recommendations given during ??service delivery. DEJA SEO UK does not guarantee that it will give client’s ??desired results e.g. search engine positions improvements, increase of traffic on client’s website etc in a very short term. Due to the nature of Search Engine a Client should bear in mind that desired results may be achieved??no longer than??5 weeks. ????

DEJA SEO UK is delivering e-services based on Google Local Search results and by it nature can't be returned back, therefore we do not give refunds. However if you're not satisfied with the quality of our services, if your dissatisfaction reasons are obvious or proven we may discuss compensation (if you convince us that the provided services are of improper quality).
